About Hemlock Ledge
Growing up on Long Island with farm fresh vegetables and seafood always on hand, food became a passion from an early age. I love cooking, seeing people enjoy food and the pleasurable experience of dining out. Preparing a fresh, made to order, home-cooked meal is, in my view, essential to that experience. Our dishes are made from scratch, using all house-prepared sauces and fresh ingredients - prepared and presented just as I would want for my own family.
Having Hemlock Ledge Restaurant in such a beautiful setting as the Adirondack Mountains is truly the realization of a dream. Enjoy, and please come back again!
